With over twenty years marketing and media sales, 7 years window dressing and 5 years of creative interior styling experience behind her, Janine has worked for major international corporate brands in New Zealand and Australia.  Janine understands the importance of top-notch service, presentation and key factors in marketing to create brand awareness with impact, for properties going on the market to convert to sales.

Early in her career, Janine’s award-winning creative flair was unleashed in the fashion and modelling industry offering wardrobe styling with designer brands understanding the impact of colour and creating effective internal and external marketing strategies.  Portraying the importance of image, brand presentation and style for a successful campaign was key.  The importance of relationships, collaboration and going the extra mile, contributed to her success to turn a passion into a vocation making her a leader in her field.

It was while living in Sydney and due to her commercial background, a flair for creativity and design Janine was approached to style new property developments in preparation to sell.  Leveraging her career in marketing and diplomas in window dressing, Janine continued her studies under the Institute of Interior Design and the International Institute of Homestaging.

While back in Auckland Janine has been a sought-after interior stylist for the past 9 years with her written articles on Homestaging appearing within Move magazine and projects appearing in Denizon Magazine.  “I love to be known as the Furniture Fashionista, plus to have the ability to build strong relationships, bring a commercial marketing, PR as well as a bespoke interior design arm to the stable focusing on presenting an outstanding home that will sell fast and for more”
